OnTrack Coaching evolves from my successful work with OnTrack Therapy, where over 20 years I’ve helped countless people shift the limiting patterns of their past. With extensive experience in addressing deep-rooted issues, working with both the conscious and subconscious mind, I focus on empowering busy executives to regain balance, clarity, and well-being.
In my coaching program, we deal with any limiting beliefs that may be holding you back, offering a "mental spring clean" to help you experience freedom and growth in all areas of your life. By combining mindset strategies with emotional well-being techniques, OnTrack Coaching helps accomplished leaders get their spark back by clearing mental clutter and enhancing focus so you can thrive at work and at home.
Coaching Philosophy
Executive overwhelm and burnout is often ignored but it's a killer – of time, energy, joy, health and legacy. I believe executives work too hard and for too many years to fall over near the finish line.
At the core of my coaching philosophy is my commitment to creating a safe, judgment-free environment where executives can explore their challenges openly and without fear. I believe transformation begins with trust. – you need a a space where you feel comfortable to learn and grow.
I have a proven methodology with practical tools that focus on enhancing mental clarity, energy management and self-care. These elements are essential for executives facing the demands of high-pressure roles.
By integrating strategies to prioritise self-care and manage energy effectively, I help clients prevent burnout, sharpen their focus, and perform at their peak. My approach combines both conscious and subconscious work – this ensures change is not surface-level, but deeper shifts occur, leading to lasting personal and professional positive change
Our Approach
In my coaching practice, I often start with the Iceberg Model to explore what lies beneath the surface of thoughts and behaviours. Much like an iceberg, the visible part (your actions and decisions) is just a small fraction of the entire structure. What’s underneath—your beliefs, emotions, and subconscious patterns - plays a powerful role in shaping the behaviours and challenges you experience. By addressing these deeper layers, we can uncover the root causes of limiting patterns, leading to profound and lasting transformation.
In addition to the Iceberg Model, I integrate Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and mindfulness techniques into my approach. NLP allows us to reprogram limiting beliefs and thought patterns, enabling you to create new mental pathways that support success, focus, and well-being. Mindfulness, on the other hand, teaches you to be fully present and aware, helping you manage stress and cultivate mental clarity in high-pressure situations.
Together, these techniques provide not just temporary relief but permanent change by developing skills and tools that you can apply in all areas of your life, enabling you to navigate challenges with confidence and clarity.
